RLC NAUTIQUES

A new leisure destination in Kaya

Royal Louda Connect plans the progressive development of RLC NAUTIQUES and recreational activities to strengthen the attractiveness of the complex and diversify its leisure, relaxation and events offering.

Concept view of the future RLC NAUTIQUES at Royal Louda Connect — **Concept overview of RLC NAUTIQUES.** The project envisages a structured leisure area combining water activities, family spaces, waterfront dining and entertainment. Final facilities, layouts and activities will be determined through technical studies, applicable authorisations and safety requirements.

**Photo 02 — Water activities.** The hub envisages a progressive range of water-based leisure activities that may include jet skis, pedal boats and small leisure boats. Operations will be subject to technical studies, protective equipment, user supervision and applicable safety rules.

**Photo 03 — Family area.** A welcoming space is planned for families, with recreational activities suited to different audiences. Final layouts will prioritise safety, accessibility, comfort and supervision of areas intended for children.

**Photo 04 — Waterfront dining & relaxation.** The concept includes terraces and dining areas benefiting from proximity to the water. This component is intended to extend visitor dwell time and create synergies with retail, leisure and events.

**Photo 05 — Promenade & landscaped areas.** Pedestrian paths, green spaces and rest areas are planned around RLC NAUTIQUES to create an attractive promenade environment. Landscaping will support the project’s integration and improve visitor comfort.

**Photo 06 — Events & entertainment.** Subject to the selected configuration and authorisations, RLC NAUTIQUES may host entertainment, gatherings and events complementing Royal Louda Connect’s event spaces. This programme is intended to strengthen the site’s appeal during both daytime and evening hours.

**Photo 07 — Sport & wellness.** Sports, fitness and wellness activities may complement the leisure offering. Their deployment will be adapted to the facilities ultimately developed, operating conditions and safety requirements.

**Photo 08 — Reception, rental & ticketing.** A reception facility may centralise information, bookings, ticketing and, where applicable, rental of water-activity equipment. The objective is to organise visitor flows, service traceability and user supervision.

**Photo 09 — Night-time atmosphere.** Landscape lighting, dining and entertainment can help maintain the hub’s appeal in the evening. Night-time programming will nevertheless need to address safety, neighbourhood impacts, energy consumption and regulatory requirements.

**Photo 10 — Integration with Royal Louda Connect.** RLC NAUTIQUES is designed as a complementary component of Royal Louda Connect, interacting with retail, dining, events and services. The visuals remain conceptual: final works and equipment will be determined after studies, authorisations and investment decisions.

This hub is intended to become one of Royal Louda Connect’s flagship activities, complementing retail, events and logistics. Its development will be progressive, with particular attention to user safety, activity supervision, landscape integration and management of environmental impacts.
